UAM is embarking on an ambitious project of acquiring a piece of land in Chennai and to construct our own premises with the required facilities for its socio-cultural activities and for helping the poor /needy in distress. We have been striving for the last few years to buy a piece of land for UAM. Now, we are at a crucial juncture in this journey.

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve finally signed the agreement with the seller on dated 21.11.2025 to purchase a 2800 sq. ft plot nearer to Odisha Bhawan, Chennai. We have to register the sale deed within a month as per the agreement for which our focus is to urgently arrange the necessary funds.
